At Better Gift Flowers, we strive to ensure that every customer has a delightful and satisfying shopping experience. However, in the rare case that you need to return a product, we offer the following return policy to ensure a smooth process.

Non-Perishable Products

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For non-perishable products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a non-perishable item, please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and tags intact.

Important: Non-perishable items that are damaged during transit are also eligible for return. To facilitate the return process in such cases, please record a video of the package opening upon delivery and submit it to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. This will help us verify the condition of the item and expedite the return process.

Perishable Products

Due to the nature of perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and other edible products, these items are non-returnable. We ensure that all perishable goods are delivered fresh and in perfect condition; however, once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions (e.g., Pandemic Situations)

In exceptional circumstances, such as a pandemic or other situations beyond our control (e.g., government-imposed restrictions like those during COVID-19), returns of any kind may not be possible. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide the best possible solution, but returns may be restricted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for eligible non-perishable items, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and any relevant documentation (such as the package opening video in case of damaged products). Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for the product to be picked up from your location, or provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
